It's all about making smart choices. As a family owned and operated painting contractor serving the San Gabriel Valley since 1978, we know the value of a dollar. We maintain low overhead and pass the savings along to our clients. But it doesn't end there. Our painting crews are experienced and efficient. They don't waste time. They don't make expensive mistakes. They don't waste paint and other materials. We're proud of our painters, and their professional approach to painting your home or business. You'll feel proud too, when you see them on the job.
What's more, in the long run it doesn't cost more to use high quality paint. When professionally applied by NuCoat's painters, your new finish will last years longer than if painted with inferior products. That means you save money.
Thorough Preparation and a Clean Finish
When you choose NuCoat Painting you're assured expert workmanship from the beginning of the job to the very end.
The next step is equally important: expert application of only the high quality paints and finishes. We never use inferior materials. We recommend paints by Dunn-Edwards Benjamin Moore and Pratt & Lambert. These are the paint brands we work with most often. We can also work with other high-quality brands when a client requires it. But we won't work with inferior paint. It simply doesn't pay. Finally, demasking and thorough cleanup leave a sparkling fresh job that the homeowner can take pride and satisafaction in.
NuCoat Painting's Service Area Includes San Dimas, LaVerne, Pomona, and Claremont
In the eastern reaches of the San Gabriel Valley, along the 210 freeway, lie the cities of San Dimas, La Verne and Claremont. South of there, below the I-10 freeway, lies the city of Pomona.
San Dimas has a population of approximately 36,000, and about 12,000 households. San Dimas is a community with attractive, middle class neighborhoods, parks and open space, ample shopping and a small-town atmosphere.
East of San Dimas is La Verne, a community of about 33,000 residents and 11,000 households. La Verne was recently named one of the 10 Best Towns for Families by Family Circle magazine. Founded in 1887, La Verne's housing stock, like much of the San Gabriel Valley, includes a variety of late 19th and early 20th century structures, a good number of mid 20th century ranch-style homes and also many modern, upscale homes built in the past twenty years.
Claremont enjoys a reputation as a college town, with seven higher-education institutions within its borders. Beyond that Claremont is mostly a residential community of 37,000 inhabitants living in about 12,000 housing units. Claremont is graced with shady streets and well manicured, gracefully aging residences.
At the gateway between the San Gabriel Valley and the region known as the Inland Empire, stands the large city of Pomona. The fifth-largest city in Los Angeles County, Pomona has about 160,000 residents. It is home to both Cal State Polytechnic University and the Los Angeles County Fair. The city's many neighborhoods include a variety of housing styles, ranging from the Victorian era to mid-century ranch style and modern housing stock. Ample shopping and employment opportunites are available within the city.
The master-planned community of Phillips Ranch is in Pomona, although many residents refer to their area as Phillips Ranch, California. Phillips Ranch encompasses some 10,000 housing units built since the late twentieth century.
